The proposed amendments to the boundaries of the Principal Urban Area (PUA) are welcomed specifically ref. 21 which now includes the dwelling at The Hayloft within the PUA. However it is still our view that the PUA could be extended further to encompass the whole of the Site (please refer to the comments made in Appendix A).
