David Bayne I opposes the development at Grovefield Way as this is an important Green Belt location. Unlike some other areas that will be removed from the Green Belt under the JCS, this site fulfils the principle rationale for the Gloucester-Cheltenham Green Belt, ie to maintain the separation of the two conurbations. We note, nonetheless, that there is already commercial development of this site. 20 Mar 2017 14:03

Deleted User We should be improving the office space location (I think this is B1? style) in the centre of Cheltenham in order to preserve the character of the town. E3 should be used to expand the park and ride to bring commuters into the centre of town where those same employees can better make us of the shops and facilities in town.

We should not be separating offices (B1) the town centre, with its shopping and lunch venues, it should be a vibrant mix within easy walking distances. Commuters help support the town centre, putting them on the outskirts is a wasted opportunity to bring cash into the town centre.
