However, we consider that the number of dwellings allocated at Priors Farm Fields should be increased from 25 to circa 90. The uploaded representations explore the potential to increase the number of dwellings allocated at the site, through development of a mixed-use Masterplan and detailed site-specific landscape assessment which builds upon the RLC landscape assessment. David Bayne See response to Q9 above. I question the inclusion of land at Priors Farm Fields, which is greenfield land bordering the AONB. Any development of this site should be at the lower end of the site and adjacent to the existing development on the former GCHQ site. Release of this site should not take place until later in the Plan period, assuming it is still required. 20 Mar 2017 14:03
