Caroline Parnham I feel that Cheltenham should be also looking at arts + media - this is a growing sector especially with uni graduates. A centre for film making, creative + innovative research - an investment in the future. 21 Mar 2017 08:51

David Bayne This policy seems sensible. However I note that the needs of the cyber-security sector is the principal reason that the JCS proposes to remove the land West of Cheltenham from the Green Belt and designate it as an urban extension. It will be important neither to undermine the rational for this allocation nor to over-provide for a sector that has yet to get established and where the form of future developments - and therefore the needs for employment land - are far from clear. 20 Mar 2017 14:03

Deleted User TLDR: Make sure that this is an inclusive policy for all high-tech companies, not just Cyber.

We're an IT company, I support this, but the emphasis should be towards high technology, not just Cyber. The infrastructure is the same, but limiting us to Cyber limits opportunity.
